We are looking for an innovative and results-driven marketing professional to take on the role of Head of Marketing & Communications at The International School of Andalucía, in the province of Sevilla, Spain. The successful candidate will join the Senior Management Team, working in parallel with the Head of Admissions and supporting the School Head in taking the school to the next level to become and remain the School of Choice in this region.
We are seeking to appoint a person who is bi-lingual (English and Spanish), who is culturally aware, and who has experience in working in a commercial and target–driven environment. He/she will need excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both languages, combined with the presence, intellect and tact to communicate successfully and to build strong external relationships for the school within the wider community. Previous 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing functions and hands-on expertise in digital marketing, website, and social media management, together with development of 360 marketing programs and effective agency management, will be required for the role. Experience in the education sector is desirable, but not essential. This is a full-time position. An attractive, competitive package will be offered for the right candidate.
