Carolina Tandazo

Finance Controller North Cone

Carolina is an Economist specialising in Finance. She has an MBA in Business Administration from ESPAE and Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL). With more than 12 years’ experience, Carolina has developed her professional career in different multinational companies including: Deloitte & Touche, Kimberly Clark, and her last challenge Karcher Ecuador. In the companies she has worked in she has focused on different areas including controlling, accounting, budget, planning, taxes, transfer pricing, finance and administrative management, and achieved high levels of responsibility in the Finance Departments. Her last position before joining the International Schools Partnership (ISP) was as a Finance Controller.  

Carolina is from Guayaquil in Ecuador. She is a wife and mother to two children: Mateo Emiliano and Liam Alejandro. She is also part of two groups focused on family development in conjunction with her husband. 

Carolina loves to spend her free time with her family. She enjoys travelling and experiencing new places and customs, which she believes helps to contribute to her personal, professional and family growth.
