Before joining International Schools Partnership (ISP) in April 2019 as Group Reporting Manager, Donika worked in several well-known organisations across different industries including healthcare, media and satellite telecommunication, and gained a great deal of expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis. She is bilingual and speaks English and Bulgarian fluently. She has also recently started studying Spanish and is really motivated to develop her Spanish language skills further.
Donika has always been a keen sports enthusiast and is very passionate about living an active life. She trained and competed in athletics at national level for seven years in Bulgaria before starting her studies at university. She still enjoys going for a run at least two or three times a week and plays tennis and chess. Donika loves being in the outdoors surrounded by nature; travelling and exploring new cultures are also her passions. Before starting at ISP, she went on a three-month trip around Southeast Asia where she travelled through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. Donika has a personal goal of visiting 30 countries before she turns 30!
