Elder Peretti

Regional Financial Controller – Europe

Elder is a Brazilian and Italian citizen. He was born and raised in Porto Alegre, in the south of Brazil, and later lived in Florence, Melbourne and Madrid as part of his studies and for work.

Elder has degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, both of which he obtained in Brazil. Following his studies, he started his career at IBM in Madrid, worked for eight years as an external auditor at one of “the big four”, EY, in Brazil and another eight years as Regional Controller at NSF International (Global Health Organization) in Latin America, leading a finance team across several countries. During his career, Elder has built, trained, managed and motivated multicultural and international teams. He has solid knowledge in accounting, finance and tax with vast experience with accounting closing process, internal controls, FP&A, Budget and Forecast and ERP implementations.

Elder moved to Italy in May of 2023 to seek new personal and professional development opportunities – and this led him to join ISP as Regional Financial Controller for the Europe region, supporting schools in the UK, Switzerland, Italy and Poland.

Elder enjoys running, travelling, and spending his free time with family and friends.
