Elena McPeak

Regional Head of Admissions – USA

Elena split her formative years between New Orleans and Chicago’s rich cultures, learning to love music, food, theater, and museums. She obtained a B.A. in Social Thought and Analysis from Washington University in St. Louis so she could better understand the human psyche and how it impacts societies. However, research work in Hawaii and Africa expanded her interests and prompted her to complete a Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University.

Elena’s long-term interest in the intersection of education and the environment led to careers first as a Museum Educator and then as an Analyst with the U.S. National Park Service. In 2015, she decided to switch gears and work on the other side of education by supporting families through the school admission process as a Director of Enrollment. She looks forward to partnering with our schools to best attract and help students on their learning journey.

Elena enjoys time spent with family camping and traveling, making sure to visit both the mountains and the ocean at least once a year. She loves to cook, bake, and taste new foods, so she is always on the lookout for a new cuisine, recipe, or restaurant to try.
