Regional People Operations Partner Lead & HRIS Champion – US & Canada

Emma is a first-generation immigrant raised in the United States of America. Her father served in the military while her mother worked and pursued an education. The structure her father provided and her mother’s drive for a better life heavily influenced Emma’s decision to complete higher education and commit to a career as a professional in Human Resources. Emma completed her bachelor’s degree in business management and became a Certified Professional for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). With over 10 years of HR experience, Emma is a detailed-oriented HR professional who has a strong love for learning. She is always looking for methods of improving processes while maintaining an effective communicative environment.

Emma was born in New Jersey and currently resides in Texas with her husband and two fur babies (dogs). Outside of work hours, Emma volunteers as a Student Ministries Leader for Gateway Church and is an active Board Member for DrawChange, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering impoverished children using art therapy-based programming. During free time, you can catch Emma with her boxing gloves on ready to bob and weave her problems away!
