Regional Management Information Systems Specialist – Vietnam & Thailand

Ms. Hien (Harper) holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Hanoi University (Vietnam). She participated in an exchange student program to Gothenburg (Sweden) before her graduation. Thanks to the diversity of those learning experience, Hien is open-minded and adaptable to international workplaces. She started working in education industry as a counselor, offering consultancy to students to pursue their academic success in the world’s top study destinations such as the U.S, U.K, Canada and Australia. Later, she took up the position of High School Principal’s Secretary at an American school in Hanoi.

Harper joined ISP Vietnam and Thailand team as Regional MIS specialist in April 2022 and has overseen schools’ database systems. Regardless of the position she is in, Hien always finds her job in education fulfilling and rewarding to witness students’ development to successful young adults, both academically and personally.

Harper enjoys solving problems using MS Excel / Google Sheets. She loves travelling, swimming, reading fictions and listening to podcasts in her free time.
