Jackie Watson

Global Head of Talent

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Jackie has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources. She has been a Board level Director in small, medium and major blue chip organisations. Over 20 years of her career has been spent in Hospitality and Tourism and Education sectors.

Jackie has specialist knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, cultural integration, executive education and leadership development. She has specialised in working with organisations on strategic Talent identification and retention and Succession planning. Jackie holds non -Executive Directorships in the not for profit sector and is also a senior executive coach and has recently joined The International Schools Partnership as Global Head of Talent.

As a Professor at Surrey University Jackie taught Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Strategic Human Resource management on BSc and MSc programmes.

Jackie enjoys spending time in Italy and will spend most of her free time there exploring and relishing in its rich culture, food, wine and language.
