Jane Goldsack

Head of School – The International School of Andalucía

Jane grew up in the United Kingdom. She holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Leeds; a MA in Leadership in Management from the University of Bath and holds an NPQH qualification. She is passionate about learning at all stages in life and is trained to work both in Higher and Further Education as well as in schools. Jane has worked in education for the past 24 years, having started her career as a part time lecturer in a British University, whilst she was studying for a PhD in Environmental Geochemistry. From this experience of teaching, Jane realised her passion was in developing her teaching and learning skills. She subsequently moved on to teach and lead teams in sixth form colleges and schools in the UK. Fifteen years ago, Jane started her international career in education and has so far been a leader in three schools, one in Qatar and two in Spain.

Jane is enthusiastic about developing schools to provide the best standard of education possible for the students and parents that invest in them. She is passionate about unveiling students’ talents and being able to fully enhance their capabilities.  Jane is eager to create educational working environments that embrace local cultures and provide high quality British education abroad, whilst at the same time, building innovative, exciting learning opportunities. 

Jane enjoys walking, caravanning, arts and crafts and spending time with her family and two dogs.
