Jennifer Maan

Jennifer is an accomplished educator with a wealth of experience that spans the elementary, middle school, and collegiate levels. She has taught in private and public schools on the East Coast and West Coast of the US, as well as internationally in Amman, Jordan. She has served as Principal and Director of Online Learning at a private school in California and as an Assistant Professor and Program Chair of the Elementary Education Department at Trinity Washington University.
Jennifer’s commitment to continuous school improvement led her to the School Turnaround Leaders Program at Harvard, which equips senior-level educators to establish high expectations for instructional quality, build strong teams, use data effectively, and foster meaningful engagement between schools and their stakeholders.
Jennifer holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Education from Claremont Graduate University, a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, and an Administrative Services Credential. In her spare time, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and spending time with her husband Raj and dog Basil.
