Group Leadership Development Specialist
Joanna grew up in a small rural town in Hampshire, in the South of England before moving to London to undertake her bachelor’s degree in Law. During her time at university, she jumped at the chance to take part in the ERASMUS programme where she studied in Spain and Switzerland. Joanna got the bug for travel and continued her adventures volunteering in Bolivia, South America, working as an Au Pair in Spain, completing a cultural exchange in China, followed by many more adventures including exhibitions in Morocco and Turkey, and backpacking through Sri Lanka. Upon returning to the UK, Joanna recognised her true passion was to help people realise and optimise their potential.
Joanna is an Executive Coach who holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. Since then, Joanna has had a successful career coaching and developing leaders, building leadership development programmes across policing, UK government and private organisations, helping individuals and organisations to flourish.
In her spare time, you will find Joanna exploring new places in her camper van with her partner and dog Zeus, travelling, hiking or occasionally dancing Salsa!
