Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, with a three year stay in Hong Kong, Larissa, graduated in psychology and international relations from Webster University, Geneva. Larissa brings over 11 years of experience in HR with various roles in international companies. Prior to joining ISP, she worked at JTI SA where she held various local, regional, and global roles within the HR function.

Larissa is open minded, empathetic, and compassionate; she believes that these values are important to create human connections and good collaboration. These are values she tries to put forward in her day-to-day work and personal life.

In her spare time, Larissa loves to travel, discover new cultures, foods and spend time with her family and friends. She is very social and loves to share good food and good laughs with her close friends.
