Mina Ansari
HR Director – Middle East
Mina is an HR professional with 20 years experience in Dubai and the United Kingdom. She was born in London and raised in Belgium where she studied in Flemish, French and German.
Mina has a background in Urban Design and Built Environment Studies, has a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology and a CIPD professional qualification in Human Resources Practices. Mina was invited to be a board member for the Gulf Talent Advisory Board, she held the position as the advisor to the Chair of the ICAEW Middle East student network and held a voluntary position with the Internal Audit Association representing HR.
Mina joined International Schools Partnership (ISP) as Regional Head of HR – Middle East in January 2019. She previously held the position of Senior People & Culture Business Partner at TechnipFMC where she led Talent & Performance Management processes. At United Arab Shipping company, in addition to her HR Management role, she was responsible for implementing change and engagement initiatives as part of a transformation project. Prior to this, Mina held the position of Senior HR advisor at Seadrill where she implemented global policies and procedures for internationally assigned employees.
Mina is driven by mentoring and developing individuals, structuring human capital related processes and aligning business needs with individual career plans. She is passionate about creating an engaged workforce with a strategy of continuous improvement and clear communication.
In her spare time, Mina likes to travel to exotic locations and has a passion for fine arts, behavioral psychology and architectural photography. Professional Tennis also runs in her family!
