Newton College has grown consistently since it was founded in 1991 and is now a leading school within the local area and beyond. At the heart of the school’s success is a clear and consistent focus on great learning experiences. A dedicated team of teaching professionals and supportive families work together to develop the unique potential within every student, whilst their creative international framework enables graduates to excel at the best universities across the world.
Students at Newton College thrive as they learn both the British and the Spanish curricula; offering the British curriculum in Early Years and Primary education, as well as the requisites of the Spanish education system, International Middle Years Programme and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Secondary education. Apart from the excellence in teaching for both English and Spanish, Valencian is taught from the first year of Primary Education and German from the last year of Primary education. This provides all students with a multilingual education, which will enable them to interact confidently in international and multicultural situations.
The work carried out by the students, teaching staff and families at Newton College has consolidated the position of the school as a pace-setting educational centre, a benchmark covering academic, social and personal standards. Students are offered a special working environment, where creativity and skill development become agents in the learning process and students take delight in meeting the challenges of critical thought and problem-solving.
