Kim is a lawyer who has more than ten years’ experience working as both in – house legal manager and legal consultant positions. She excels at drawing on her knowledge of the law and legal environment, as well as her intimate knowledge and understanding of the group’s businesses, governance, policies and strategies in order to give advice in structuring transactions, keep the group’s activities within the law and without transgressing into areas that would damage the group’s reputation, minimize areas of disputes or conflict with counter-parties.

Kim has worked at Deloitte and AIF Group as a legal manger to lead and manage major investments and legal risk matters such as mergers & acquisitions, greenfield energy projects and corporate restructuring, as well as for all contracting requirements for day to day business. She has a solid educational foundation from Ho Chi Minh Law University and Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University and always recognized as a high-performing employee at companies that she worked for.

When not at work, Kim enjoys a variety of hobbies and activities. One of her favorite pastimes is attending yoga class, where she enjoys the physical and mental benefits of this practice. Additionally, she loves spending time with animals, both cats and dogs. When she’s in the mood for adventure, Kim likes to go trekking around the country, exploring new trails and taking in the natural beauty of the area.
