Nuruljannah Musa

Project Manager- Malaysia

Nuruljannah is a Project Manager with more than ten years of experience in client management; specialising in customer retention, complaints handling, process improvement as well as business development within the education and tourism industries.

Jann was previously a Student Success Manager at QS Enrolment Solutions, part of QS, globally known for publishing the QS World University Rankings, where she led a team specialised in student engagement and enrolment for seven universities in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, she was a Project Consultant for Hobsons, working with 800+ users from various international schools in the Middle East, Europe, South Asia and the Malaysia region, focused on student engagement and career readiness. She joined the International School Partnership (ISP) in October 2019 as Project Manger for the Malaysia region.

Jann has a master’s degree in Tourism from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and has worked with Virgin Australia, Malaysia Airlines and various travel agencies. Jann maintained her passion for both tourism and education with her contribution as the subject-matter expert for tourism courses for the Open University Malaysia, where she also co-authored research papers on collaborative learning and student motivation.

In her free time Jann loves to make travel plans, either for herself or friends and family and is passionately trying to keep her hydroculture plants happy!
