Rocío Picón

Admissions Manager, Iberia

Rocio was born and raised in Madrid to Andalucian parents, that’s probably why she loves flamenco and sevillanas! She worked as an Aerobic and Fitness Instructor while she was studying Advertising and Public Relations at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. After she finished in 2011, went off to London to learn English. A couple of years later, back in Madrid and fully bilingual, she started working in the educational sector helping other young people to move abroad to immerse themselves in the culture and language they wanted to learn. Within that company she moved from Madrid to Coruña and then Malaga, a city she fell in love with, becoming Office Manager. Since she loves helping students grow and develop, and customer service and experience so much, she then moved into a role in a language school in Dublin, where she lived for a year, from there to stunning Oxford in the UK to then become School Director in a language school in Eastbourne, on the beautiful South Coast of the UK.

Rocio joined the Laude family in February 2021 as part of the admissions team in Málaga to then continue growing within the group into ISP.

Rocio loves yoga, dancing, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
