Roderick Crouch

Global Head

Roderick is a highly experienced international school educator. He was educated in Australia and has various degrees including a Doctorate of Education. Most recently, he was Executive Principal of the Australian International School in Vietnam. His leadership career has included being Principal/CEO of schools in various states of Australia, as well as the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Vietnam and now in Central America. Roderick is known for his leadership and innovation and has provided professional development for schools and presented at education conferences throughout the world. He has been a regular contributor to a variety of professional publications, and while in the UAE developed and led a program on change management for principals and teachers for the government sector in Sharjah.

Roderick believes in giving back and has been involved in many educational groups. He has been given life memberships of principal associations in Australia while in Vietnam, he was the convenor of both the Saigon International Schools Network and the Australian International Schools Association. Outside of education he has been a director of the Australian Chambers of Commerce both in Vietnam and the UAE, and was the Chair of Loreto Vietnam, an NGO that raised funds to provide educational opportunities for children in impoverished communities in the Mekong Delta. Recently, he has been appointed as a global head at the International Schools Partnership (ISP). His role is to support schools in the wider ISP group become the best they can be.

Roderick is committed to helping students and schools thrive through combining corporate social responsibility with high outcomes and 21st century learning skills in his schools. He places a strong emphasis on leadership, both for school staff and students.
