olando grew up in Chile and moved to the USA for two years as a volunteer representative to teach and help the Latin community. When he returned, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and two certificates: Preparation and Evaluation of Real Estate Projects and Project Planning Management (PUC) from the Universidad de Chile.
Before joining the International Schools Partnership (ISP), Rolando worked for the judiciary Corporation as Head of the Construction Section and as a Project Manager for the Construction Department at LDS Corporation. These jobs have allowed him to gain experience in construction supervision, design reviews, tender processes, execution and delivery of remodels, expansion, and new building projects. He is also grateful for the opportunity that his jobs have given him to travel throughout Chile and South America (Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and to meet and learn from a diverse group of wonderful people.
Rolando loves spending time with his wife Brenda and their three children and doing outdoor activities with them. He also like sports including track and field, gymnastics, Krav Maga, soccer and biking.
