Shirin Kandoriwala

Regional Finance Officer – Middle East

Shirin was born and brought up in Dubai, U.A.E., where she completed her schooling and university. She holds a first-class degree in Business and Finance from Middlesex University and is currently studying for her professional accountancy qualification with ACCA.

She began her career at the age of 18, as an operations specialist at one of U.A.E.’s largest banking corporations, and later transitioned into accounting and tax management. In 2019, Shirin began her journey with International Schools Partnership (ISP) as a Finance intern in the regional team. After successfully completing her internship tenure, she was given the opportunity to join the finance team at Nibras International School, one of the ISP schools in the Middle East. In 2021, Shirin re-joined the regional team as she was promoted as the Finance Officer at ISP Middle East.

Shirin is passionate about learning and growing as an individual as well as in her career and being a part of a rapidly growing organisation such as ISP has been a great adventure so far.

When not in the office, you can find Shirin exploring Dubai’s greatest food spots, jet-skiing at the beach or simply enjoying a great movie or TV show!
