Suset Bustamante

Director of HR, Mexico and Central America

Suset was born and raised in Mexico. Suset has a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology from the Universidad de las Americas, Puebla and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University Anahuac del Sur. She is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English.

Suset has always been passionate about learning and education. She began her career as a Kindergarten teacher for more than 3 years. Starting in 2006 Suset has worked in global companies such as American Express and Citibank and has been responsible for 21 countries of LATAM and the Caribbean. She has developed leadership, organizational culture and performance improvement strategies, achieving a greater desire to belong and professional fulfillment in employees.

Suset enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling; as well as doing sports in the open air and chocolate.
